Oh, man, I would have voted for that Deerhunter record, too, if i'd been thinking right.
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Blimey, I thought I got over excited about her ...

Avalanches will be coming soon I reckon... based on it being the most overrated 60 minutes and 39 seconds of recorded music... ever.

It's a fun album which I enjoyed at the time, but it wore out its welcome fairly quickly. I'm pretty surprised people are still rating it highly over 15 years later. It's continued reputation is rather baffling.

It’s just the two and a half Aussie BCBers still swinging their dicks about their moment in the sun

BCB's resident Earnest Post-Rock Army are infrequent posters these days, if they are here at all. No votes at all for Mogwai or Explosions in the Sky.
And what of the Fence Collective?

They need to go neo-prog to get the N/E, Chigley, NMB vote or industrial folk to get the DF, Joel, Algroth vote. They're wasting their time with EPRA who are a busted flush.

I don't need the Avalanches record as an excuse to swing my dick in the sun. For a start it won't fit in the hole.

I'm surprised I voted for it, to be honest. I think I was gonna cut it for something else but then forgot. Still, it's a fun record that I still play every so often, which is really the core of this thing for me - stuff I still play and enjoy at least once in a while.
