Out early home early is the answer to an early start.

Half an hour ago I got under the blankets in bed because I had a rough day at work and there's another tough day at work again bright and early tomorrow. I had curled up with a big mug of ovaltine and my 19th century novel... when I got a text inviting me to a fancy dress Halloween party. Now I'm on the bus with the best costume i could come up with I'm 10 minutes and a bag full of make up. This is bound to turn out well.

In my experience these nights are either amazing or dreadful. Hope it's the former!

Quiet night in for me, I'll be letting my brain dissolve in front of the telly with a couple of beers and some wine.

Tomorrow night I also have to endure the Halloween fancy dress party, which I'm kind of dreading. I like a good social occasion, but this has enforced jollity written all over it. Still, no doubt I'll drink beer and dance badly, so it won't be an entire waste of a night.
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

I got a bit carried away at band practice last night 'cause we did a full cast rehearsal for the rock opera we're working on. Thankfully I didn't have to work today.
I just got a haircut and now I'm drinking a double Caesar to take the edge off. This probably won't turn out well...

Yes, likewise I had a shedful with a friend last night. As I'm intending to have a shedful tomorrow, tonight is mainly going to be fizzy water.
You come at the Queen, you best not miss.

Just on the way out for a curry. Saturday night pints are definitely in order after a morning at work and an afternoon finishing my penultimate critical assignment.

I sent Markus a PM on Facebook a couple of weeks ago. Nothing.

I messaged him on June 11th after he left and he wrote a short message that he was okay.

The other day I messaged him on Facebook about something going on in the NBA and no response.

Mark told me once that he really didn't feel he had much devotion to BCB or feel any strong ties to any folks. I don't have any reason not to believe him. It made me wonder why he stuck around as long as did, considering.

Now that Googs is back, I'm never leavin'.

I'm allergic to alcohol, but wouldn't say no to a skin-up.
