Has there really never been a thread about Mad Men?
I know I'm late to the party... but I love it!
I'm more enthralled by it than I was with Breaking Bad.

I'm sure there was but I don't remember it. I loved the series. I do think it tailed off somewhere after season 4 I think, but those first few series are perhaps the best TV I've seen. I was hooked from the very first scene of the first episode.

It's superb.
I like stopping the show randomly on pause and almost every time I've done so the frozen scene is a perfect photograph. The directing, styling and cinematography alone is stunning.
And Don Draper's character and his misdemeanours is endlessly fascinating. A psychological treasure trove.

I recall a pretty large ongoing thread about it when it was on.
three or four years ago.
I'm only kidding. I've been thinking about re-watching the Wire but don't know if I want to commit.

I've never rewatched a series...
Or even re-read a book.
I'll sometimes rewatch films.

Is Christina Hendricks in every single episode and scene?

Yes, right up to her murder in series three.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
