A song with no merit at all. The only thing anyone ever talks about is the video - it's the song equivalent of those films everyone says "Has great CGI (but no plot)".
Nicotine, valium, vicadin, marijuana, ecstasy, and alcohol -
Cocaine

I don't mind it. It is neither shit nor hit.

It makes an ugly sound, and is completely stuck in its era. It has hooks, but they're annoying. My world would be better off were this song not part of it. Which makes it shit.

Oh crikey. I really like A-ha's run of hits which started with this, some of them - I've Been Losing You, Train of Thought, The Blood That Moves The Body - very much indeed. This is a little cheesy and I understand the negativity but I'm definitely in.

This is about the only thing of theirs I've liked.

It's one of those things that shouldn't work at all, but...here we are with me saying it most certainly does.

I'm normally a sucker for THIS THING, but yeah there's nothing to it. Reel Big Fish's ska cover is way more enjoyable.

Love it.

It's now San Francisco Giants' Michael Morse's walk-up song.

As far as I know (?) they were a one-hit wonder here. I doubt I've ever heard anything else by them.

Most definitely a HIT. The fact that i don't really like it much - as a whole, anyway; i think parts of it are fabulously 80s - has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Never bought the single, or any A-Ha album, but as an 80's teen this was everywhere so i didn't need to - it was one of those songs that was just THERE.
