To be fair, it's a BCB term of art.

Some of these I've never heard before, but none of them is as bad as "like, literally" - used in the context of some anecdote which, up to that point, may have actually been entertaining.
"Quite."

'You got this!' (and variations) easily. The others are just cutesie-annoying. That one fucking infuriates me.

The trick is to deploy it ironically. That way your interlocutor knows that you know that it's meaningless and awful and that you're using it solely to annoy!
I'm going to start using it right away!

It has to be said, I only see this written by Americans - most commonly, for some bizarre reason, to mothers who have managed to secure themselves a glass of wine whilst simultaneously making their children's dinner- 'you GOT this! You're a ROCKSTAR mom!'

My putative boss, a book lawyer in his mid 50s, says "awesome sauce" at least once a week. When he says it, he means it.

Of all those, "empowered" is the most noxious by far.

I voted "peeps" because it sounds so horribly twee and preppy.
But my real current pet hate is " It is what it is."

Re: Which of these phrases/words annoys you most?
So I never heard any of the above choices except for "peeps" and I don't mind "peeps." So "peeps" connotes a clique-y, clan-y feeling not unlike how the Brits use mates. So but "peeps" are more than mates. So my family, my co-relgionists and even fellow Americans are my "peeps." So it bothered me when Obama called people at gathering "you guys."
Question authority.

"Dude" when you're not American
"We" when you actually mean "I" usually by football managers. " we thought that we started well etc"

Transparent is the other one i'd add. I hate that fucking phrase. It's just a fancy way of saying "clear" and businesses will never really be truthful to either employees or the public, so why pretend?
True dat.
'Empowered' and 'transparent' are awful.
'Integrity' is another highlight. Actually, when a politician or CEO or banker uses it, it means that he just (but only just) will refrain from stealing your wallet out of your back pocket in the open, and that only because there might be some CC camera up there that records this.
In this context, please allow me to present to you a wonderful, well-written, and caustic acount of Bill Deresewiecz in Harper's, about the damage that neoliberalism has done to universities worldwide:
