Already I'm disappointed in the remix! :) (In particular, some of those "background vocals" really aren't quite "backgrounded" enough.)

I'm still looking forward to hearing the whole thing, though.

I helped recreate the big chord in Abbey Road 2 with the original studio pianos -- just sayin' 8-)

Three pianos:the grand, the Mrs Miller and another upright. Two people per piano playing an E. Sounded exactly the same, it was goosebumps

The Beatles official website has it for £100, so that's not a huge saving...

As luck would have it, a £100 Amazon voucher has fallen into my lap today.

And all for walking my Mother-In-Law's guide dog in all weathers.

I'm chuffed to bits.

No "Carnival of Light" on the boxed set, per Rolling Stone article.

A shame, as we'd all like to hear it, but I wasn't expecting the veto to change.

I doubt we'll ever hear it now, but I suppose it's nice there is one Beatles mystery left.

Something to keep hoping for.

I understood George's veto was simply that he didn't think it made sense to use up 15 minutes of Anthology 2 on it -- a pretty sensible view -- not that it should never be heard.

Seems fairly reasonable to assume such a position. You also have to give them credit for coming up with creative ways to fleece the fan base.
