It might take a while before it clicks that it's Ringo Starrand family...

I can see the resemblance in the two sons in b&w. White-jacket guy looks like a cross between Ringo and Shane MacGowan. The other three standing next to Barbara Bach look nothing like him - step kids?

That's Zak in front, right? Seems to be everyone except Ringo!

I don't know how much you paid for this picture, but you got ripped off. Ringo's not even in it!

From left (upper row): Warren Peace, Angela and David Bowie, Bianca Jagger and Edgar Broughton.
Seated from left: Mo Starkey, Mick Ronson, Lulu, Jeff Beck, Sue Fussey, Ringo.

Apparently.

Also apparently, it's from 5th July 1973, after the final Ziggy show at the Hammersmith Odeon, London.

An undated pic of a Grassroots gig at The Trip. I'm assuming that this is the same Grassroots that subsequently became Love; that looks like Ken Forssi on bass, but who's the (partially obscured) guitar player? Could it be Bobby Beausoleil?

[EDIT: Oops - nope, it is the other, P.F. Sloan-affiliated Grass Roots. Ah well.]

I found this one within the booklet of the expanded Augustus Pablo album Original Rockers (absolutely recommended), and I find it charming, and deeply moving, it's King Tubby looking at his young protegé A.P.:

On the whole, I'd rather be in Wallenpaupack.
