Re: what do you think of this?
I always thought it was a good song...I think there was a real aversion of bands like DB being almost too pop but these days, when this type of song doesn't seem to chart anymore, a bit of revision goes on.

10 seconds in and the fetid stench forced me to stop it. One of the worst things I've heard in quite some time, which I suppose is an impressive feat. Even this is genius in comparison:
Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room.

Sterile, vapid music for people who think Deacon Blue are cutting edge. Terrible female vocals to boot. (didn't hate "Dignity", though)

Nearly as good as Crowded House.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

'Dignity' is far worse.
This one I like enough.

Ace. Under-rated band. Consistently good songs on the 1st 3 albums.

Oh man - I'd forgetten how it actually sounded. So "80's" it hurts.
It's ok, but if I never hear it again I wouldn't cry.

The merch stand on their reformation tour sold the most wonderful Tote bags.

Re: what do you think of this?
Never heard that before. The best possible view of it is that it sounds like 80s Waterboys covering the Go Betweens.
But I only stuck with it for 1 minute and would change the station in the unlikely event this came on the radio.

Re: what do you think of this?
It's not appalling but I never actively listen to it. It suffers mainly from trying to be too clever.
You come at the Queen, you best not miss.
