Edinburgh in May?
My aunt will be visiting Scotland from New Zealand in May, and my dad is contemplating making the trip to see her (considering their ages, their health, and the fact that they live across the world from each other, and that they are the last two of nine siblings, it's now or never). And if he does go, I'll be joining him, possibly with the wife and kids as well.
Specific dates still need to be ironed out, along with possible travel to other parts of the U.K., but I'd love to get together with any BCBers who may be in the area then!

I'll be in America for the first three weeks of May but back after that

I'll be up for coming through to Edinburgh, usual provisions of kids changing things at last minute.

Excellent! Now I just need to finish cajoling my dad into taking the opportunity to visit his sister for a final time!

Re: Edinburgh in May?
do we have dates?
I would like to book the train early as it is much cheaper if we do that
There are some fares as low as £25 each way - dependent on the day of the week - ahead of time.
But the standard fare is nearly 200 sovs from London.

I'm trying to get things firmed up in the next week. Not sure of the exact dates yet.

I can only get up there once a year and I like to be in Edinburgh if possible. Shouldn't be a massive problem to nip over to Glasgow though.
