BCBowie Project - Please unsticky me...

Postby Moleskin » 03 Feb 2016, 18:08

Sign up below to join in the 2016 project.

This year we are doing a David Bowie career retrospective. Maybe not too many repeats from the Ziggy project?

Also shout if you're up for collaborations.

Can you remind us what was done on the Ziggy project? Was it the whole album? I thought it was 1/2 Bowie, 1/2 Bolan.

It was the whole album, (and the whole of Electric Warrior). Of course if a song from that album is the one you're most interested in then go ahead. Not everyone has the earlier project, though it's still available in my dropbox as detailed in the other thread if anyone is interested.

Count me in! I may attempt Warszawa too, in a folky acoustic version.

What a drag. I'm out of this one as there is really no song I feel like I could do anything with. That happened last time too with the Rolling Stones LP.

Can we please not wait two or three years to do another one? It's been several years since I've been involved and I really do miss it.

Out of all the songs Bowie did - out of all of them - there is not one you feel you can do?
