Nice. I think Benefit would be in my top 5-albums.

Aqualung, Thick As A Brick & Stand Up

If you persevere you might start to like some of their other albums as well
Don't even THINK of using a left handed coordinate system

Agreed my learned and esteemed friend

Indeed

Aqualung is a superb album but to most Tullheads [and nobody else] it is far too familiar.

Benefit would be in my top 5 too but for the sake of sanity [and nobody else] I demoted it to 6

Yes, I demoted it to 6

That is kind of my take too- I play Thick as A Brick and Aqualung not too often, even though they are seminally robust albums.

Currently indulging in This Was...may not be top 5 nut certainly top ten-material for me.

One comp to avoid, though, is Disky's "Best of the 70's"

Normally, Disky are clever at repackaging

2. Thick As A Brick
3. Aqualung
4. Benefit
5. StandUpStormwatchHeavyHorsesMinstrelBroadsword

Kath's top 5 (she is currently napping, and dictated this to me before the snoring set in...)

1. Songs From The Wood

4. Stand Up
5. Benefit

I love all of stand up, but this one is probably my fave:
