Of course I posted this thread in the halcyon days before 'the word association thread'. Little did I know the horrors that were to come.

Nah. The WA Thread is a brilliant cover operation to win the 'Racest To The Mostest Postest' competition.

Expect me to hit the 1 M mark before Xmas.
On the whole, I'd rather be in Wallenpaupack.

I'm hoping for a "Things" thread, in which people simply list objects.

Funny thing is, as I was walking the dog this morning, I thought of a "Names" thread, for people to list, well, names.

I can't stop thinking about this now. Who would have produced it with John (being Ringo), presumably, having much less influence? He'd have been married to Maureen though. Would she have emerged as a more powerful figure? And who would play guitar with John drumming & George having exploded?

I wonder if Linda would have been so successful (she was on numerous top 10 records) without Paul? And in what direction would Yoko have led Paul, or Paul her? This raises so many questions doesn't it?

How do we think George exploded? Something to do with his association with Terry Gillam? Did they know each other before Let It Be?
