And last but not least :

Image

I'd like to draw your attention to the gentleman on the left. This was the bloke in question from Jane's earlier post who, gallantly and unselfishly, gave up his seat on the pre-vomit-comet train to a roaringly drunk Anna. Take a good look at his face. He's likely to have spent Saturday night alone in his livingroom, illuminated by a sole lamp, clutching a near-empty bottle of whisky, sobbing his heart out over the downfall of modern society, where a man is not even safe to catch a train without getting a mouthful from, of all people, a fine upstanding member of the community. Right now, he's either sitting in his armchair, plotting a catastrophic and unholy revenge attack on First Transpennine or has simply decided that this was the final straw, drunk himself to death and is currently sprawled out on the floor, being eaten by his dogs.

Thank fuck he didn't try to get her gloves out of her handbag.

Well, that was an experience.

Had a great couple of days - was really good to see everyone again (how long was it, Django? Two weeks?? I missed you, man.) and to meet Snowdog, who I may let off the hook over his owed sandwich for being a really nice bloke, and the Denims, who were both lovely and great company - hopefully they'll be able to make any future Leeds jolly. Was good to meet Kalowski, even though I only got the opportunity to talk to him very briefly, something which I aim to put right next time.

And of course, it was a pleasure to meet Ms Minx at long last, who will forever be Hurricane Anna to me. :D

A charity shop in Widnes. True story. (Will Oldham badge: model's own)

Nice to see everyone, but let's be honest, it's not a Jolly without Brotherlouie, is it? It's somehow lacking without that babbling font of shit. Don't stay away too long, big guy.

Sorry I arrived so late/left so early. Blame jet-lag. Let's have another soon.

He's mighty easy on the eye !
Nonsense to the aggressiveness, I've seen more aggression on the my little pony message board......I mean I was told.
