London - Saturday March 12th

Postby The Slider » 09 Jan 2016, 19:53

The Springtime jolly has been a bit of a woefully attended thing just recently
But it is the ORIGINAL!
This would be the 13th anniversary of The Orginal London Jolly Up TM
I think that occasion deserves marking, don't you?

Who's with me?

I know Ms Denim is in London that weekend and rather keen to jolly.

As I said on FB...12th is the start of my holiday in Cornwall... 5th would be okay as would 26th....or April....

You know the deal Pete
Once we start moving it round it gets untenable
I'd be delighted to have a mini up in April if you like
I could do the 16th or 30th as my roster stands at the moment

Yeah no worries mate.

30th is probably best for me of those two...I'll clear up at work and get back to you.

It is also my 11th wedding anniversary.

Guys & Gals... let me make this clear.....

I will hopefully meet up with some of you in April.

John is right - once we start pandering to every one we end up pleasing no one.

Keep Saturday 12th March as the date.

ps - I love you Stephen, you crazy-as-bat-shit old fool :)

I was in discussions with a well known bear about seeing G2 Genesis on 12th March, but when we realised they clashed he said he would probably go to the JU instead. Which leaves me at a loose end, so you may get both of us attending, but nothing is guaranteed.
It was raining when we drove up the two-lane highway through the long tunnel of trees that led into the black district on the south end of St. Martinville.
