There are very few businesses in L.A. with parking lots. Certainly not on that stretch of Sunset, where even "public" pay lots are few -- and expensive. This in a city where, reputedly, "nobody walks."

There is a pay lot behind the Cat and Fiddle location, however. It's pretty run down, which is appropriate for the Cat and Fiddle, but if a chain restaurant moves in, I can only assume a parking structure will be part of the deal.
