It was great meeting John and the band before and after a terrific show. Plush is an excellent outfit - the trio arrangements are very different from the recorded versions of the songs, especially the more elaborate material from Fed and Bright Penny. Our leisurely conversation over Chana Masala and Chicken Tikka was great (and I didn't even mind the frequent interruptions from our very friendly restaurant host!).

I hope we can do it again sometime.
