Yep, I suspect we'll all be a bit soggy this weekend.

I'm kind of looking forward to seeing just how grumpy Frank will get. I've heard it's something to see.

Ahab were definitely worth a look tho! So was seeing Mick nearly fly out of the tent naked when he thought someone was about to spray paint "twat" on it.

Dexy's were just the best thing ever. Bloody marvellous.

Run a very close second and third by Scritti Politti, and Sharon's mighty fried breakfast sandwiches.

Brilliant weekend all round, made all the more so by the great company, and especially by the indelible memory of Lee prancing and skipping around with the butterfly net. CatnHat has photos.

It was something to behold

We saw lots of really miserable Scotsmen with guitars too. For my money RM Hubbert took the first prize for inducing an atmosphere of hopeless gloom even during a (very rare) sunny afternoon interlude.

This is going to make the next Scottish jolly-up an "interesting" experience...

I've seen Frank in this mood a number of times. It's abelter and nothing shifts it. I think it's what stopped him coming to gigs with me
