damn. took me forever to find this thread.

anyway, as the moodies have been flyin around YY, i was reminded of a track i recently put on a road mix. we've talked about it somewhere (where is neil jung??). yeahyeah, it's from octave, an album that typically gets slagged except for maybe "driftwood"... it's post-front seven and all. yeahyeah, some folk don't like those lil almost child-like mellochords that lead it all out and underpin everything (maybe in feel, a bit land-of-make-believey, and that is, of course, part of the point. in land, it was ironic. here, it isn't.)

BUT (oh yeah, an ample butt) i have always loved this track. it truly is amazing how life can change or add layers to how one hears a song. these days? this song = total happification for kaths.
