Giorgio Moroder was my first guess - but he's italian. so i googled him and found out he had a german-sounding first name. guess there is a german-speaking minority in italy, then, or could be immigrants.

Moroder. Made Donna Summer's I Feel Love, inventing a new genre in one hit. Also collaborated with Phil Oakey (Electric Dreams).

Heard it played on a 70 grand hifi system yesterday along with Starless by King Crimson and a bunch of other stuff. It rocked.

Not even whilst ironing the cover?

This is probably the most ridiculous thread ever started. Why post this when a quick search on the net would have clarified this 'mystery' (or indeed, reading the cover for that matter).

It strikes me as a case of starting a thread purely for the sake of it.
