Oddly I've not heard this is ages. Was expecting a little more power from Knopfler( although he has his moments). However, I'll take it against B

I find it hard to be critical about Dire Straits, as I never really find them an unpleasant listen, and Knopfler's clearly got plenty of imagination and ability. I just don't go for their sound and their style.

B is obviously a classic and I can still dig the bassline and beat today but the video looks disconcertingly like a preacher who's hired a few minutes of TV airtime on a local channel.

At some point in my teens I quite enjoyed A, but I cannot fathom why I did listening to it today. B I suppose takes this one, though I'm not especially warm to it either.
