A isn't dreadful as big '80s hits go, but it's not something I can ever imagine wanting to hear.
B doesn't move me either, but has a pleasant rollicking tempo and a good vocal.

Great film of course, but never cared for A. B's more interesting I suppose.

Just as a previous tie picked a track that signified the exact moment Echo & The Bunnymen hit the skids, so does this one for Simple Minds. That said, I certainly don’t hate it as much as what was round the corner and I just about prefer it to a Fatima Mansions track that doesn’t really work at all, for me. I liked some of their/his later stuff, but that’s a pretty unappealing thing.
