The pace of A is too glacial...Vote B

B mainly because A was so dull.

Holly's one of my Facebook friends! What is it with this round and people I know?

Unfortunately I agree that's a bit too glacial. Sorry, Holly.

B is not that much more exciting, but at least it doesn't go on for 5 minutes.

I couldn't really get a handle on what A was trying to do. It started off as a languid, moderately pleasant Everything But The Girl sound-a-like (although from what I remember it predates EBTG) then went into this new wave power ballad thing. Whatever...I didn't find it very engaging.
B is a club classic. What a propulsive, exciting production! One of the best picks of the competition so far.

I was disappointed when A wasn't a cover of the Crystals' record but still preferred it to B. A

A really was a bit of a mess.

B easily.

A was OK but didn't really do enough to justify its slow pace or extreme length. It might make more sense in the context of an album.
B is dynamite: imaginative and yet primal.

Ooh, something risking a snail's pace, it's a risky strategy where the quick and perky normally snaffle the votes. It also doesn't appear to be very good, it's like listening to Tina Arena at the wrong speed. Does all that big bombast and hollered vocals, but very slowly. It doesn't seem to work. The sound quality might be a bit off on the youtube vid, too, because it sounds like it's struggling to emerge from a cardboard box.

Crikey, A's in for a right shoeing against the dynamism of Liquid Liquid. I couldn't place the track from the name, but as soon as that opening TMS-esque clatter started, it didn't stand a chance. Energy, inventiveness, dynamism, sound quality, the sheer crispness of those drums. It's a monster.

Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

A did drag on a bit and I felt it never quite reached the moody atmospheric spaces it seemed to be aiming for.

B was relentless and dancey but the best bits were the Soul Limbo parts.

On balance I'll take A
