Beige cardigan, brown farah trousers?
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Crikey. This round is a real snooze fest.

I quite like this Fad Gadget one, it's bouncy and catchy and tongue-in-cheek, if rather slight.
And it's up against another underwhelming Robyn Hitchcock effort, though this one is sunk more by the haphazard arrangement and production as I think it would work better as a shorter acoustic number.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

A wasn't playing, but i tried a different link.

B isn't really doing it for me. A at least had some catchy quirkiness that i enjoyed.

B was very undistinguished. A wasn't terribly good either but the video was entertainingly bad.

A but I'm not keen on hearing either again.

You wait for ages (not really) for Fad Gadget and Robyn Hitchcock to come along and here they are again. How strange. A is definitely coming from that toytown industrial place that ver Mode claimed as their own with People Are People and Master and Servant. B is rather dull and undistinguished. I don’t really want to hear it again but

A - Ha another FG song. Figures I pick the wrong one but that was the album I started with them.

B- another RH song too.

I like both but have to take A

A. B was pretty boring TBH. A definitely wasn't THAT, but fucked if I know what it was.

It's their best album by some distance, in my view. Gag's got such a huge sound, it should've been a stadium filler.

Fad Gadget was great, and this Einsturzende Neubaten-assisted goth-baiting is a lot of fun. The Robin Hitchcock track is trad, dad, and dull as hell. And that awful voice!
