i dunno.

i wasn't enamored of the elevator sounds in A reallly. smoothly done, i liked when it would pick up the tempo, but it's the kind of track i would've avoided like a beach-side plague of jellyfish in the 70's.

B right off the bat had a promising start but descended fast into ugly vocals and thrashy gweetar with not much else to speak for it.

i'll take A. at least i'm on a beach somewhere.

Easy A. B is fine in its way and I like some Germs tunes, but A hits much closer to where I live.

I have heard far worse punk than B, but the slinky, sexy A by the great Louie Ramirez is the best thing in the whole cup. Whoever chose it did well to put it on last, good to end on a high. A

a - six minutes of incidental music from a Latino sitcom? Hang on, I'm just going to check out Darby and his pals...hm, that wasn't particularly inspiring. But then again, neither is this. It's just there, wondering how it can fade into the background. No, pointless - ooh it just speeded up. Shake them frilly shirts and waggle your maracas all you like, but it's only going to get you 3 / 10
b - delifghted to see some people discussing the lyrical content. I've given it two listens now, and I've not made out a single word. And the band sound is very thick, I'd rather hear the instruments separated a bit more, rather than churning in the murk. Can't pretend to know much about US punk, but what I've heard tends to suffer a bit from that. Still, got more than enough to see off Loopy Louie and his Sunshine Banana Sound. 4.5 / 10
