B smashes A into a fine powder and hurtles it into the sun. What a fucking monster of a track.
Probably the most unfair match I've seen here.

I think B is damn lucky with the draw frankly and I'd happily leave it for the "yoof" ordinarily. But..

I think these two may have triggered an early menopause.

Within two seconds I knew I didn't like the Lynyrd Skynyrd track.
I got there in half that time with the other pile of shit.

Ah good old BFOT. You’ve got to say, it’s pretty impressive to find so many acts so washed up and to present them here for a ritual hosing. Against it is a load of old chancing rubbish that almost sounds more dated that A. It’s hardly my thing - in fact, i can be certain I’ll never listen to it again, but it just squeaks through on the principle it sounds like someone’s 90s, if not mine.

Appropriate ending to the Crappest of Cups. Apparently this is the only way people were willing to to stray from the well-trod path. Either old farts doing the same shite they did 20 years previous, or young bucks trying to copy a dated sound. I guess I prefer the latter. B, but give me even bad hip-hop over either of these. Or a jazz track. Or practically anything.

B, not that it is a style that has lasted. It's just that it isn't A.

OK, I'm listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd. Ooh, this is manly stuff, I bet once he's finished with the mean streets, he's going to do some work on the engine of his chevy, put some shelves up, and perhaps drink a tin of cold beer on his front porch. Yeah, there's some serious ball-sack-sweat going into this.
Not sure what on earth hatz is going on about, this is hardly a routine retread of a dated sound. I fucking love proper jungle, not the chin-strokey drum n' bass of the likes of Goldie, but the throwing a ton of amen breaks at a track while someone goes fucking mental over the top. I recently embarrassed my son, myself, and mankind in general while playing football on the patch of grass at the side of Southport Pleasureland, near the boating lake, when this came over the tannoy from the fairground, and I sang along practically word perfect in full northern middle-aged dad uncoolness. One of life's great pleasures. "Me badder than't bad boy called t' Darth Vader, lock off t' Jedi what you call't Skywalker..."
Boom.

Boom.
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

I've never heard either song. I gave Skynyrd a chance just because I have a fondness for the original incarnation. This doesn't do it any favors. It's Skynyrd paint by numbers.
B is a really interesting mash up of styles, but I was dubious at first, as I am of lots of UK hip hop. It blended dancehall toasting, techno, and frantic Onyx style rapping to a really original level. I'm glad I was introduced to this and may check out more.

Never heard B before. Found it rather splendid in its irreverence and cheek. Didn't listen to A because I thought they were rubbish when they were still alive back in the Pre-Cambrian era
