Toughie, want to vote A because it is cooler.
But B is just fucking fantastic really.

A just isn't a good enough Wu Tang cut

A is all about the chilling musical treatment RZA gives it, which lifts what could be a cliched tale of gangsterism into something epic and bleakly compelling.
I always thought The Dandy Warhols looked like a UK band. This is okay, but too repetitive to really lift off.

What G said: there’s a cinematic quality to the Wu-Tang track, and the way the looped sample builds gives it an edge of pure panic. It’s no wonder RZA became such a good composer for films. It’s all there in the survival of the fittest vibe to CREAM.

A, of course.
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

There's Wu-Tang again.

Bit of a gimme, but no way in hell I'm voting for the Candy Boreholes.

Coming soon from Copehead:

Mozart's Requiem just isn't a good enough swansong
Xavi just isn't a good enough Barcelona player
Chocolate just isn't a good enough ice cream flavour
Einstein just wasn't a good enough theoretical physicist

A takes it.

The Dandy Warhols are the ultimate "nowhere near as good or funny as they think they are" band, though they're nothing particularly offensive.

Yep, I'm not one to repeat the obvious, but as G said, RZA's production on this album was a thing of wonder, those long looping jazzy samples add a depth and cinematic quality to what might otherwise be a fairly unremarkable rap.

Lolfill indie.

Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

B is a good enough anthem but A has the feel of an anthem wrapped into a soundtrack. Great stuff!

a - since there's a lot of frothing about the production up there ^^^, I thought I'd give it a listen, despite my allergy to this sort of thing, and complete inability to hear the lyrics. Purely as a sound, I found it a bit dull and dreary 3.5 / 10
b - not that this is any better. Not a band I have a particular opinion on. Both the videos were shite, too 4 / 10

B for the usual reasons
