A - As anyone who follows my pronouncements in the JB&S cups, trumpets (and cornets and bugles) are second only to cowbells and wah wah in 'funk' as musical instruments that make a fundamentally unpleasant sound, however well played in whatever genre they may be. And though they weren't front and centre throughout, they were a challenge. I did get through to the end, though. I haven't said anything about the singing, arrangement or anything else really, have I? And now it's over, I've forgotten them, but the devil's instrument still blares in my memory 4 / 5
B - I knew I was going to like this from the title, and the group's name. It may not be particularly ’90s, but I just don't care. Good dirty fun with guitars like dexedrine razors: shave me dry. Lovely - 7 /10
