Fuckin' hell, you're right, Maarts, 1988, even.

The version you posted, however, appears to be from the live album Silence of the Balkans, recorded in Thessaloniki in 1997 and released in 1998. :ugeek:

It's a lose-lose situation for me, anyway... because if we stick to the godawful remix, I'll vote for Jah Wobble as well!

I'm sorry Felix but since I could not play the clip myself I didn't know which version you submitted.

Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

The fact you agree undermines his argument.

An apt matchup.

Both were reasonably pleasant. There seems to be more there there with the Jah Wobble track.

A has that horrible generic trip-hop beat which was copied and pasted across hundreds of other similar acts like Enigma and Clannad in the 90s so B gets my vote.

I had to really force myself not to abstain though.

I pretty much agree with this (except that I dont ever recall Clannad resorting to generic trip-hop beats)

EDIT: just read the whole thread and the version Neige posted is MUCH better. However I can't change the vote as it's from 1988 :)

Both of these sound like they came off of "World Music" compilation cd's from Starbucks.

A, 'cause I like the drone style vocals.
Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?

The reason my clip didn't work was simply one missing character in the address.

So here's the real thing - a real magical moment in what remains my favourite Kusturica film.

Anyway, I'll vote for A and who nows, some people who've already votet might reconsider.

I'll vote for A on the basis of this. I don't really like it much, but it underlines how shitty and cheap the remix and Wobble tracks are.

not that it matters, but A (the naughty original) is pretty good, and would have my vote if it mattered: and it surely should :-)
