A has some charm and invention but it also has some irritating elements and feels too much like a cult thing that hasn't given me the right pamphlet.
I'm not sure I've heard the Jesus Lizard before and this seemed a strange selection: it gave me the impression of being a pretty minor, throwaway cut and not one of their best. It was alright, I guess.

Cripes. This is a rum old pairing. A is fairly irritating and B is noisy and unappealing. I’ve went for one as I’m trying to avoid pressing the Abstain button too early. But, sheesh....

a - if I'd entered this cup, I'm sure to have featured several Shimmy Disc tracks, but none of them would have involved Mr Tunney. I do own this album, and a couple of others, but don't remember this track. Any Kramer production is worth listening to in my view, but this one is no better than all right. 4.5 / 10
b - slide guitar, eh? Hm. They might be a good live act, but I don't go to concerts. Some agreeable noises, but thought this was a bit crap, tbh. 3.5 / 10

A was heaps better than I was expecting, a neat little find.

This was available.
