Both of them sound like they belong in adverts. The first is for some posh coffee starring a handsome suited bloke in a nameless European cafe giving the camera "fuck me" eyes while sipping the product, the second is for some shitty American lager starring a bunch of hip, denim-wearing college-age people in a dive bar dancing to this music coming from the jukebox, clinking their bottles together as they laugh.

I want to abstain but I'll take A I guess.

A is Air at their most sumptuous and.. er airy. Lovely stuff.
B played its cards too quickly and became quite monotonous.

B is okay but quite honestly nothing to think about again.

I like A it's very pretty.

Both are okay in their distinct way, although I doubt if I would be interested in hearing much more from either band. I'll go with Air on the strength of that wah wah effect that starts after the one minute mark.

A is telling me that my call is important to them, I'm hoping an operator becomes available soon, so I don't have to put up with any more of this. The high-pitched beepy noise is ok though.

B doesn't do an awful lot, does it? Seems like both acts had a burning need to record something, but just couldn't summon up the energy to think of an idea.

Neither.
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

As always, Air is just hipster p*rno music

Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

B wins by virtue of not being Air. Oh 90s NPR - how I don't miss thee. Let me count the ways.

I was briefly into that whole 'white loafers' scene that bands like the Delta 72, Mooney Suzuki, The Brown Belts, etc. were a part of before the Hives came along and barfed all over the place. I've still got a soft spot for it, so B.

Air is a band so insubstantial they don't even warrant their name, so I guess it's B even though it's not that much better.

Air flirt too often with smooveness and inconsequentiality to really win me over but their records tend to be nice and agreeable; this is no exception.
I found the other one a bit annoying.
