B has this one, I think. It just feels rawer and more organic, this coming from someone who can see either aspect existing in the world of electronic music as well. Wasn't big on A.

Never voted on this, I realized. Probably 'cause I didn't find either very inspiring.
B is OK but is docked points for being people I like in a context other than the one I prefer to hear from them.
Which I guess makes my vote an unenthusiastic A.

A - saw them at NEARfest at 11am great live show. Taking the hillage/blake (Ozric too) sound to a whole new place.
B- nice fusion from Jack Bruce but nothing new or exciting.

A was run of the mill Ozric Tentacles style space rock. B was much more interesting.

A was a pretty uninspired piece of synth burbling, the kind of filler that probably pads out ten thousand albums.
B isn't exactly reaching for the stars, but I like the space that each instrument is given to escape from the repetitive core.

Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

B surprised me, I liked it alot more than I thought I would. Percussive horns and Jack Bruce bobbing away on bass, a very nice selection.
I love the Ozrics, I love Steve Hillage, I love Hawkwind (late 70's/early 80's in this case). I hear all 3 in A, but they have their own thing going on. This is the turn-on of the whole cup for me so far. Sorry B.....
