My apologies Hugh! Pretty simple.

The format is song versus song. We have two groups of 8 players which means that per group you play 7 songs against your opponents. After voting the winner gets two points, loser a big fat zero. The vote difference will decide ranking if players have the same amount of points.
The top 2 of every group will go on to play a final round.

So I need 7 songs in the prog/progressive idiom before next Wednesday! Good luck!

6 cracking lists in already!
Remember- the earlier you enter in your list, the likelier it is that you wont be asked to change over any double-upped titles. First come, first served!
And I will NOT chase up any latecomers! I'll be happy to take any substitute players onboard if anyone doesn't send in their list in on time or can give me a reason. We will start Wednesday.

I will listen and vote, but I won't enter. I'll treat it as a learning experience, since I've never really explored this area too much.

Aw, you should not have worried, you'll see that if there is any objection about a track belonging in, one can always answer "broad church"

Quite the opposite happened in the rock and roll cup. People here like their categories narrow.
