I obviously know both of these and they're obviously both great. So I guess I'll go for the one that seems to need my vote more, which as of now is A.

. Got Jimi's autograph after the show and went on to see him several times that year

Tough choice. Of all the Coasters big hits Yakety Yak is probably the one that I like the least (give me Poison Ivy or Youngbood anyday), but it is still great. And Who Do You Love is probably my fave Diddley tune. Guess I'll reward that.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Fuck. Solid-gold choices both, cemented deep down in my musical DNA. For that insane guitar & rhythm comBO...

I'm sure I wrote an essay on this yesterday, but I must have failed to submit it
Anyway, short version:
a Leiber and Stoller, King Curtis, Magic, 8 / 10
b Rarity in being a Bo Diddley tune that was covered better by at least two groups of white guys, and I found the sound (at least in this digital version) very muddy, with the piano submerged. Still, it is Bo. 7 / 10

Whodat? Quicksilver? Hawks? Doors? (I'd agree with all 3)
Anyway, I love the Coasters just a wee bit more!
