Why must the two rockin' piano players go up against each other? Anyway, no question who's the better piano player, but as performers it's harder to separate them. I almost want to give it to B for being a slightly deeper cut, but few things define the genre like A. It's ultimately the more elemental.

Two great picks, but Little Richard at full pelt is enough to humble even Jerry Lee. A
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

It's the kind of thing that I may .. may (I said) .. have tried to avoid as being too obvious.

However, it's just class, innit?

Hot damn, great tunes. It depends on the day, but either of these would get the chockies for me. I'll go with Jerry Lee today.

I suppose it was inevitable these two would meet. What a shame it had to be Richard Classic vs a Killer afterthought.
Writing in the 1960s, Nick Cohn called the original (or at least the Sticks McGhee) version of Drinking one of the two most paradigm-shattering records ever made. I find it as tedious and unrewarding as, well, drinking wine, and even the best Jerry Leeisms can't save it.
Wee Dickie wins at a canter

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
