Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Temples really are shit aren't they. Mind you Daft Punk are not much better. NO competition from these 2 sub-par lists of mediocrity.
A. But I feel dirty for even voting.

Re: Play-in game match 4
Anybody that picks Daft Punk better do something else damned impressive to get my vote back. A doesn't.
B chooses a much better new band, though I don't much care for that track. But the Maria McKee and Eno tracks are magnificent.

Hard to pick one. Neither really wowed me but there is stuff to enjoy in both. I guess B takes it by a hair.

Again, B just not my thing.
And A has got "GET LUCKY" which is one of my favouritest records of recent times. Baby.

This appears to be adding more evidence towards my theory that The Undertones only had two or three decent songs. I like how Prodigal Son have each got a different memo about the dress code, The Village People weren't as sartorially disparate as this lot. I don't like reggae much. I fucking hate that Daft Punk song, absolutely sick to death of hearing it.
Ugh, that Temples track is atrocious, and why does it have something loudly farting the riff to "That's the Way (I like it)" occasionally. I was hoping this was going to be the magnificently-named weather-forecaster Eno Eruotor, rather than the tedious bald bloke with the tinny-but-dull production aesthetic. Awful. I'm sure I've got an album by someone faintly obscure with Maria McKee singing backing vocals on at least one track. Buggered if I can remember who though. Good job I'm not being paid as an information-providing service. Hers is actually the best track of the bunch, sadly.
Nah, sorry. I can't approve of either.

Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Daft Punk spoils it, but otherwise A
You see, there are still faint glimmers of civilization left in this barbaric slaughterhouse that was once known as humanity. Indeed that's what we provide in our own modest, humble, insignificant... oh, fuck it.

Re: Play-in game match 4
I like the first two on A, and 'Get Lucky' is OK but I never need hear it again.
The Temples one is one of those frustrating indie things that has one very promising bit it just repeats instead of developing. Nice enough. Odd Eno pick, and the McKee is capable, but there's a very fine line between this and the Cranberries.
