For me it's not obvious. Both have a spirit I like, but there are some bad misfires on both too.
I'll need to give this more thought tomorrow.

I like that B takes a lot of risks, and includes things like Raymond Scott (!). It's a very individual list, but I dig a good deal of it. That's enough to get my vote. Well, that, and the fact that I dig a good bit of it.

A has bullseyes in the form of Party Seacombe, I Saw The Light, and Gigolo Aunt, which is good enough for now. All sort of obvious heavy hitters, but B is dancing around the edges and scores no direct strikes except for the correct psychedelic Wilco number.
