B songs first, and some good ones at that... although the talk talk is a minus. The Teardrop Explodes is fantastic, and I wouldn't actually call West One inspired, I think I used it four years ago... maybe more, but what a great song.

This Big Hush and When I Dream are two great picks on a very likeable list. A has got some good picks too but the new 5 are not really my cuppa, especially Dylan.

Despite some good stuff on A (sound Costello and Smiths picks), it descends in to a certain kind of list that just rubs me the wrong way (Pixies, Bush, Bowie, Radiohead meh meh etc etc) B isn't fault free but has enough winners B

B lists the songs before the artists in contravention of the stated rules of the tournament, but A has a misplaced peiod after the numeral 3, so neither of them gets my vote.
