B

The other list is a bit narrow for me.
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

It's kinda depressing for a music forum to be proud of not knowing musicians.

Lists like these turn up in the cup every year. They're likable in that they are honest and unpretentious representations of someone's particular tastes, and tend to have a few good choices while also getting a bit of stick for some of their selections. They often make it to the third or fourth round simply by being unobjectionable while coming up against similar lists or more controversial ones. They never win the thing but they probably don't care.
Of the two here I'd probably rather listen to A right now, but there's not much between them and on another day I could pick B.

A overall... but that Found tune may be one of the worst things I ever heard. Love the Sabbath pick though.

Aside from Beach House and Jellyfish A is lacking any real joy. All too hip/stodgy for my tastes. The new 5s also sway in Bs direction. The Gwen Guthrie and Adlibs in particular.

Oh, they care. everyone cares about the Cup - especially the ones who say they don't. Go over to the general discussion thread and all the recently ousted are in there with their "Oh, I am a bit over it" and their "It's getting stale".

These fuckers care - they care enough to weight their carefully selected Krautrock against their fey Scottish pop or their late 50s schtick rock'n'roll against their fey English pop.

I too am going with A, because I prefer the Trashies to the Pearlfishers. That is how far from played out this competition is.
Good.
