I don't know what to make of these: both are more whore's drawers than curate's egg. I'm probably more tempted to go for B.

Fickle fellow I can (very occasionally) be, these 3 tracks

Stay With Me - Lorraine Ellison
Touch - Lori and The Chameleons
Tuesday Afternoon - The Moody Blues

are enough to win me over to B

I remember those two Lori and the Chameleons 45s very well; I shall have to dig out my copies as I can't remember Lori singing on 'Peru' (B-side of 'The Lonely Spy'). Now she was proper (art-school) 'posh - and sexy - Scouse'. :)

A great Ruts pick that comes just at the right time in a new 5 that feels really fresh. Paninaro helps, too.

I initially favoured A, but B's new tracks are storming; 'West One' is one of my favourite songs from one of my favourite years. This list is gathering momentum.

This was neck and neck on page one, but then A just took over:

A - 34; B - 23

B was Jeemo, whose list looked very fine to me. Still, well done to A, and make sure you get those five songs sent to me!
