tough draw.
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Both are a great big mess but I am going to plump for A which is genuinely nutty (rather than "quirky") and quite entertaining, and makes me want to see what it does next.

B's nice enough but A goes wrong less often. Kudos for the Rain Parade particularly.

A starts better than B but then a spiffing latest five make all the difference.

Both have plenty of the right stuff - though more of it on A for me.

I really can't vote for a list with the unutterably vile Low - a bunch of sappy fucking brats who have absolutely no business doing anything related to music whatsoever - dreary fucking cunts each and every one, I'd seek them out and steal all their bicycles and throw shit at them if I heard a single note ever again

so it's A, but really only because they don't have anything by Low

B for Morning Glory, Sunday Morning and New Pollution especially.
A's not bad but not the most interesting Gil Scott Heron or Neil Young picks and I'm not wowed by its overall vibe.
