Um, I think you'll find it's A who picks Bass Culture!

I liked A a lot previously, and there's a great inclusion of the bleakest Yuletide record ever made, 'Things Fall Apart'. Classy stuff! Nothing actually wrong with B, but A is closer to my own personal aesthetic.

Two good lists, the reason I'm going with A is that it's a little more fresh to me.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

A lot of interesting material on both, but A is just a tiny bit better... hard luck on B.

B is going downhill horribly quickly but deserves one more chance at redemption.

A seems to fit the profile of a loser.

Yep, A was indeed the Right Graduate Profile. B lives on to win the right to send me five more songs.

No shame losing to that list, really- I liked every song on it. My last five were a bit dashed-off, although to be fair, if I'd seen the Major Lazer video, I probably wouldn't've picked it! I genuinely do really like the song, even if I acknowledge it does sort of fly in the face of everything representing good taste- even in the context of the record itself, which is mostly dancehall based- "Hold the Line" would've been a better pick from it in that context. Incidentally, this would've been my next five:
Buffalo Springfield- Burned
The Bats- Block of Wood
Gang Starr- Full Clip
The Dramatics- In the Rain
The Orb- Towers of Dub
