Both are wildly inconsistent, but there's a bit more goodness in B by a close call.

Both spotty, with some solid (and some less-so) choices but nothing really exciting or unusual. A is probably the more consistent.

XTC, The Smiths and Pixies, what a refreshing selection.

B has too many ordinary singer-songwriter types, though the Murray Head is pretty good. A has the advantage here though requires the skip button.
