Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

A's pretty strong but its next five are patchy. One the plus side you've got Big Black and Wyatt but then you've got fucking Pavement.

B's a bit up and down but retains a funk that thrills me a little more. Solid GZA pick. I'd happily see this list win.

B is probably too groove laden to appeal to the club footed BCb, but me I'm as light on my feet as a butterfly on MDMA...
All of which means a vote for B.
Great list.

Jesus! Could you imagine hanging out with whoever created A!? What a miserable bastard!

B, and I'd better not be voting for the list that held this round up. :x

They're both utterly inconsistent, with some questionable choices, but A is the one with enough greatness to carry it through.

Well, A has just copied and pasted Pitchfork's Greatest Songs of the 20th Century list contains plenty of fine songs but ultimately lacks surprise or variety. If listening to it, I'd want something new after a while. And that's what the very fine B provides: a consistently strong, more diverse but cohesive list. Good work.
