Both lists deserve praise for their diversity and balance - A wins only on sharing a little more taste with me.

B is really varied and interesting, you'd be great company I'd bet. There are quite a few tracks I dislike which you'll always get in a list like that. A has quite a few good tracks and flows nicely. I'll go for B as I'm feeling generous, but I may well come in here and change my vote to A before voting closes.

Damn you, Giraffe. I hate that one of these two excellent lists will get knocked out while many vastly inferior ones will advance onward.

Since I can only choose one, I give it to B, but both are well-done.

Besides B has Esther Phillips and Rose Royce!

The two best lists left in the competition, I'd happily endorse either of them, but I think A is more my thing, and the 23 Skidoo track is a classic.
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

It might have been different if A had had links because I found the lists pretty even but have liked a couple of B's that are new to me. Anyway, Future Days just about trumps Shake Some Action for me today, much to my own surprise.

A close one. Yo La Tengo was a draw the last couple of rounds and still remains one. It doesn't hurt that I was listening to "Across 110th Street" this morning on my walk to work. And then there's Car Wash...
