Two list that suffer with the big hitters being too familiar and a few flawed choices. Not much to choose between them but the new Art of Noise choice catches my eye.

Not too fond of either, but B just about takes it.

There's a this-will-do quality to both lists' extra fives, I think. Not much from the new ten screams 'classic'.

A, unconvincingly.

Neither knocks me out but... B this time around.

I hope the winner here is my opponent if I scrape into the next round... both a bit narrow and unadventurous...

If I were ever on A's ship, I'm jumping now. Again, I'm not really excited about it, but "I Believe" trumps "I Am The Fly."

A has New Order. I really don't like New Order.

B has Aimee Mann (but apparently not a spell check program) - I really like Aimee Mann.

Both have the Cramps, so you know these are both fine and worthy participants.

Both have Pil, so I'm rethinking my opinion of both of you.

Both would've benfitted from links, but some people assume we all know what we're talking about out here (we don't). So, based on what I know I like, and what I know I don't....

A, as I've said before, is a party but is becoming slightly too narrow for tedious, old, middle-aged, pipe-smoking Griff. B seems to be becoming stronger and stronger, however.
