I'm starting to see penk's point about the narrow scope of B. Not going to put it into glib one liners though :D

A adds perhaps the best pre-Berlin Bowie track, but B is mainly great, some nice off-beat (but non-obscure) choices there such as the great Bill Fay, the best SOOL track, a blinder from Hawkwind and some classic Felt. It's pretty close, tho'.

Tough call. Both have some great, eccentric selections and some stinkers. But A doesn't have anything as bad as Mazzy Star, so it takes it in a close one.

Round three should be retitled as the 'Add Your Token Hip-Hop Song' round.

If you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

It was raining when we drove up the two-lane highway through the long tunnel of trees that led into the black district on the south end of St. Martinville.

I couldn't believe B knocked me out, and I still can't believe that it's garnering votes. Mind you, A does very little to distract, just taking the same template and replacing one or two of the All-Bran classics with none-more-populist reggae. It gets my vote, but it doesn't really deserve it.

B is too rock classicist for me, A gets it largely on the strength of "Panic In Detroit". But I wouldn't expect either list to get my future endorsement.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
