A all the way, despite the Smashing Pumpkins. Still too many great songs to ignore.

It's kinda depressing for a music forum to be proud of not knowing musicians.

Both are better than what we've seen so far tonight; I think A nicks this one as it has some really cool picks; B is decent without ever being exciting.

Awful thing when that happens. I had a similar experience at a Tom Jones concert.

What Penk said.
Great selection of The Buzz, that alone would win it for me. In fact I think it's a terrific list all round. I damned it with faint praise last time saying it was 'alright' or something, but that's because it was up against my list! I'd be very happy for A to win the whole competition.

It was raining when we drove up the two-lane highway through the long tunnel of trees that led into the black district on the south end of St. Martinville.

I still like B's mix of pop smarts and indie gravitas, although I'm a little concerned that its best moments are somewhat front-loaded. Having said that, the Edwin Starr choice is a fine one indeed. A just seems a bit unexciting by comparison, even though it contains songs I like.

Neither would make me get their name if I was speed-dating them though I suspect B would be slightly less disappointing in the sack.

I like A's list quite a lot. Good stuff - although not mad on the Buzz track.

Of course, I was mostly stoned at the time.
