The derided B has a fair few goodies, in point of fact, but has some deeply odd tangents thrown in. A is equally patchy but it has done just enough - by way of a great Walker pick and The Snake - to win out here. Mark me as another that can't abide Joanna Newsom, mind you.

A

edit: just noticed I'd left a deeply confusing post behind me. This should work...

A is more hit and miss but the hits are immense.

B is nice, well-rounded and a little dull.

So, A
You'd pay big bucks to know what you really think.

A's still got Wilson Pickett's amazing "Engine #9" - a track so wicked it could win the cup all by itself.

It was raining when we drove up the two-lane highway through the long tunnel of trees that led into the black district on the south end of St. Martinville.

A is a cold sick flan.
B is weasel suet pudding.
These are getting worse really, aren't they?
I'm losing the will to live.
To think I was voted off in the first round and am outlasted by some fucker choosing Joanna Newsome.
Fuck that shit.
