I had to look at other folks' votes to gauge the type of reception these lists were getting. Neither of them do anything for me, except 'Smiling Faces Sometimes' is a fucking killer track. So, for that alone I go with B.
If you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

A, 'cos it looks better, and 'cos I haven't even heard half of B. Why bother?

An uninspiring B

I'm voting for A, but I can't help thinking that the inclusion two Radiohead songs will be this contestant's undoing.

The inclusion of a single artist twice is probably enough to sink any list, but the choice of such a polarizing band seems suicidally reckless.

Neither of these lists are as good as the one that got knocked out in match 4 of this round, but B's Picket, Byrds and Move choices are enough this time around. A loses massive points for picking Radiohead twice.
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

A appeared to tick the boxes initially - Wire, Ladytron, James Carr, Echo - then I noticed the Radiohead double count, the Tangerine Dream. Confusionsville. Did B have enough to blow it away? Er, no.

A despite the fact that it has two Radiohead songs. Seriously what the fuck is that all about? I'm going with it though for having Subway Sect, one of my favorite Fall songs, and I really like that Who selection

Nice Pretty Things pick from A but not much else there for me. B improves with one of the all-time great B sides from The Move (or anybody else).
