It's kinda depressing for a music forum to be proud of not knowing musicians.

These are two very good lists though. Round two is much more difficult than round one so far.

It was raining when we drove up the two-lane highway through the long tunnel of trees that led into the black district on the south end of St. Martinville.

Dr Modernist wrote:Picking Pere Ubu, Sigur Ros and The Congos in its additional five has made A's list look as if it's been programmed by a computer to come up with an identikit list which will match BCB's notions of worthiness. The individual tracks may be great, but the cumulative effect, within the context of this competition, is a real turn off. Sorry.

B gets it for choosing a great Delfonics track and for having the balls to pick Haircut 100.

B

I don't even think the picks are good - Congoman, Velouria, Ceremony - don't think so.

Even though i'm more familiar with A, B is more interesting.

A is a Yorkshire pudding filled with anchovies and candy floss. Sturdy, surprisingly light but with an overpowering flavour leaving you gagging for a drink.
B is a pan of scouse with a Dave's Insanity Sauce and creme caramel top. A dish of leftovers with a confusing amalgam of the saccharine and the spicy. Mmmm spicy.
